How do I return items?
If you wish to return your online purchase for any reason, you may return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Tags must be attached and the product must be in its original condition. The product may be returned to:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during return.
Keep the track and trace code safe as proof of shipment (tip: take a photo of it).
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount paid for the relevant item within 14 days.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item.
Have you received my returned items?
As soon as we have received your returned items, we will send you an email. It may take some time for us to process your return. The refund will follow within 14 working days at the latest after we have received the returned item.
