Pay
Once you have filled in all your details on the checkout page, you will be redirected to the payment page. We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL.
We take your online security very seriously. Personal and payment information is secure, and no data is sent without encryption. Securing your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over a secure internet connection via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and other measures.
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully placed. Only paid orders will be processed. We do not charge (retrospectively) for failed payment transactions.
Delivery
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. You will usually receive your order the next day. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email with which you can track your package to your front door.
Your order will always be sent with a tracking number. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany. For all other orders, a €3.95 shipping fee will be charged for shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Outside the aforementioned countries, the rate of local couriers applies.
We ship our packages with PostNL. If you are not home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information on how and where you can pick it up. It is also possible that PostNL will attempt to deliver your package two more times. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been shipped. Furthermore, we will not resend your package if you were unable to receive it.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Tags must be attached and the product must be in its original condition. The product may be returned to:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
Please keep the track and trace code as proof of shipment (tip: take a photo of it).
After we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount paid for the item in question within 14 days.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item.
Once we have received your returned items, we will send you an email. It may take some time for us to process your return. The refund will follow no later than 14 working days after we have received the returned item.
Frequently asked questions
All products in the shop are in stock and ready for dispatch. If a colour or size is not listed on the product information page, the item is no longer in stock and cannot be ordered.
Prices in our webshop include VAT.
